SHORT in Court (1st title in the SHORT series – released March 2021)
Short in Court is an interactive booklet designed to occupy our youngest visitors to Alabama courtrooms. The purpose is to educate children about the state’s judicial system while also providing age-appropriate materials in an electronics-free court environment.
When SHORT spots a child entering the courthouse, he throws on his cape, making him invisible to adults and accompanies his new friend through the courthouse. The booklet and app (currently in development) contain “I Spy” games, counting activities, mazes, literacy building activities, and age-appropriate explanations of what the children see during their visit to the courthouse. Sold in sets of 10.
